Is sacrificing 1 squad of 10 NM, 2 BM at 240pts worth it for more anti armor?

If the Blastmaster is S8, will I be able to ignore Monoliths and Landraiders and just shoot everything else? What else has av14? Will common av13 be a problem?

For the remaining 45 pts available, I would suggest taking an extra Chainfist Terminator in one of your Terminator units and drop that unit where it will do the most damage. With the exception of Deathwing or BT, most armies won't have multiple AV14 vehicles.
