If your opponent has half a brain and any mobility he runs away from a turn and ignores your 700 pt deathstar for the rest of the game. 18" threat range on the guns is ok but you'll be pretty well hard countered by
DE/Eldar lists, especially
MSU. Even
MSU lists with no mobility will be an issue, as you're only hitting one target a turn.
Wraithstar can be fun, but I wouldn't say it's top tier competitive. You'll stomp several lists easily, but get hard countered by just as many.

WG don't have the range, or resilience to make a good base for a deathstar.
