I had an idea about orks the other day, about them using tyranids they've killed as a source of weapons, armour etc, and after an admittedly brief google search, couldn't find anyone else who'd done it.
So without further ado, my first draft at a couple of tyranid bits using orks (I'm no sculptor so everything is mere kitbashing until I get more adventurous)

Looking good, I did something similar in the past, spare nid plates make good eavy armour, and I used random glances as "shootin bugz" for gun sights, looks like this:
