How would I achieve something like this?

Not looking for that exact shade, more of a turqoise than blue but I like how the colour is blended nicely. I'm not a pro painter at all, but I'm looking for any supplies, techniques, and/or tricks I can use to achieve this type of appearance in short amount of time?

I was thinking of getting my base colour down, then doing a wash with another colour? Any ideas would be great!

That's just a wash over hawk turquoise or Vallejo blue green, then a quick drybrush.

Okay cool. Unless otherwise specified, that was exactly what I was gonna do actually...thanks for the heads up though. I'll just experiment with a bunch of different combinations of paint + wash and see how it goes!
