After awhile of trying to play it cheap, I realized that's never going to happen. I'm still a bit new to Nids, but hopefully this list is better now that I'm not using just models from my collection.

Zoanthrope Brood (2) = 100 pts.

Its a strange list, I'm guessing it is based on what you have though...I strongly suggest you find the points for Thorax Hive, so you can use Electro-grubs. That'll be a big help vs Armored Vehicles. I am not sure what the Hive commander(s) is giving you, so that might free up some points. Do you have a Tervigon? if not you might want to split up the Termagants, If you combine some of the Warriors, that might make a good Outflank threat.
With all those Gargoyles, maybe you can look at Sky Tyrant (formation) I really think you do well to get some more Heavy slots though...and the higher the point total, the more you'll miss them...

The two Hive commanders are for me to outflank the brood of Gargoyles (To get tie enemies tied up quickly) and a brood of Shrikes (For Synapse).

That might be good, but can't those units Deep Strike?

Sorry, confused them with their ground variants (Stupid mistake, I know). I mean a squad of warriors and the Termagants.

Not a terrible plan, but Outflanks roll to see where they arrive, so there is a risk they will be on opposite flanks. That is why I like to Outflank a Tervigon, because the Synapse is built in. I suppose the Shrike could DS or zoom over to help out though.

If you are planning to outflank a warrior squad, I would combine two of the squads of three you have. That way you get the most bang for your buck, like why you are keeping your gants in one large brood. You have a ton of synapse, so you shouldn't miss it.
What is your reasoning for the Trygon Prime? You have plenty of Synapse already, so he isn't really giving you something you need over a regular Trygon. Downgrading him would let you get some Thorax Hive upgrades on your Tyrants. I agree with pinecone though, you are definitely lacking in the Heavy department. I think you might appreciate some of the bigger monsters that the heavy slot gives us.
Your Flyrant is kitted out for melee and shooting. The Devourers are great and allow him to be effective while tough to kill because you can get an incredible amount of shooting with a 360 degree arc on a flying platform. This is not a guy you want in combat. Ideally, he never touches the ground. I would replace the boneswords for another set of devourers. Keep him in the air and he will be a nightmare for opponents. Let your walkrant lumber up the field with the horde and eventually get in combat. He is certainly no slouch in melee, but your flyrant has a different role to fill.

The list is mostly what models are going to be on the table, rather than how they'll actually be divided. So I likely will combine two or all of the warrior squads.
The prime I went with so I can deploy him outside of the synapse range, right behind the enemy.
Never ran a Flyrant before, will definitely take that advice

I understand your reasoning for the Prime in that regard. I am saying that it isn't necessary. Trygons will work outside of synapse just fine. As a single creature, he isn't too poorly affected by IB, and he has a high enough LD that you are not going to fail it often anyway. Plus you will have lots of up-board synapse quickly between outflanking warriors, a flyrant, and your shrikes.

Downgraded the Trygon, but kept the upgrades. Left me 40 points, which I used on some thorax beetles (Havent decided which) and a pincer for each Tyrant.

Have you played with the tail upgrades yet? I haven't found them to be worth it for me.

You can't go far wrong with Electroshock Grubs. Haywire makes it a credible threat to heavy vehichles, but at S5 AP5 it's still not bad as an antipersonnel weapon.
It's the most flexible by some margin. Plus watching a dreadnought try to charge through a haywire Wall of Death attack is just funny.

I've found them to be of moderate use, and with 20 extra points left over I figured why not?

I would take the tail weapon off the flyrant and use the points to add adrenal glands to your melee tyrant (you may need to drop one hormagaunt too... don't remember exactly how many points it costs). Fleet will help you ensure you hit a crucial combat. The furious charge is less important for him, since he will be wounding most enemies on twos anyway, but it will help if you decide to charge him against a vehicle or other monstrous creature.

Tough Tyrant Guard

I would recommend getting some tyrant guards to protect your walking hive tyrant or even better, pin some wings on him and turn him into a flyrant. possibly also giving the barbed strangler on the warriors/shrikes units could be a good idea prehencible pincer, while seeming fun, isnt worth 10pts in my mind, either for the tyrant or trygon. maybe splitting up the zoanthrope brood into 2 teams of 1 to get 2 extra power dices per phase and an extra spell since you have the elite slot available. I also think you list could benefit from some carnifexes with 2x TL devourers BLW, maybe taking out the shrikes, a unit of warriors and some termagaunts to get 2 single units this would allow you to split the guargoyles brood into 2 units of 15 which seems more tactically flexible
