If you want a CC HQ I had great success with a Succubus. You will need the Ap2 against all the cheese you will encounter at 1000 points.
(termi champion, necron overlord in CCB, riptide, etc)
Succubus with glaive and armour of misery is 110 points.

For flyer I would field a Razorwing with 2 dark lances, and use all it's 4 missiles the turn it comes in.

I would personaly rather put Kabalites on the raider w/racks, and Wrackes in a Venom.

I also prefer the shield for the Archon, more than the clone field.

Reavers may be a good alternative for the Voidraven, but he's ok.
