This model with some zombies/ skeletons/humans? in the cart. I know the scale is off but if its on the right base I should be able to use it anywhere. Does anyone have ideas for models to put in the back?

What do you guys think? Cool or lame?

It's definitely a good idea, but it'd be a lot of work. You could always put spare skeleton or zombie bits in the back of the cart. I think you'd also need some skeletons or zombies trotting along at the front of the cart beside the horse, just to keep it looking like the actual model. Also, the horse would need conversion work, unless you just switch it out with skeletons or whatever.
