So thinking about ways of playing Necrons that could be fun in 7th and I have come up with this idea. Five combat units. three Wraith units and two Command Barges. Lots of aggressive mobility, backed up my a still respectable amount of strength seven Tesla goodness. I'm going to try it out this weekend at a local tournament. what do you think? I know that the lists that I will face will include triple Wraithknights in the first game, but I don't want to tailor for that eventuality...

Overlord
Command Barge, Phase Shifter, Sempiternal Weave, Warscythe, Mind Shackle Scarabs
Royal Court: Stormtek, Stormtek

This list is very strong, since you have the best units in the codex mashed toghether in one of the best ways you could play it. Although I like it, I would try to tweak a little to get that third croissant for some more objective secured units and maybe a Destroyer lord to go with those Wraiths. The four whip coils are good, but those are probably the first thing you should swap out for what I mentioned. What I would definitely keep is a the two Scythes, at least fourteen Wraiths and the three Annihilation Barges.

To be honest, I'm only playing with the whip coils because I have my wriths modeled that way from when I used to run them with A destroyer Lord as a little deathstar thing. Now though, especially with everything scoring as well as the charges to chariots, I prefer the brace of overlords in CCBs.

I am nervous about this weekend, but am looking forward to playing this list simply: CHAAAARGE!

StormTeks are the best model in the game to destroy tanks. 4 Haywire Shots at BS4 murder any vehicle - and he's running two in each Warrior Squad (who can glance with their basic weapons) to ensure destruction.

List looks very strong OP, not one I would like to face. I would personally put two Whip Coils in the other 6 man Wraith unit and change 2 Stormteks and the 5 man unit of Wraiths into a unit of Deathmarks with a DespairTek so you can get rid of a problem unit - but I would understand if you didn't want to do that.
