Am looking to add 3 ig tanks to my force what would be the best to use in one platoon. i was thinking of just basic tank with no side guns

For the basic tank, I'd go with 1 Eradicator/2 Exterminators. Gives you a nice blast and good dakka.

Rule #1 is Look Cool.
Rule #2 is Do Cool S*%* Even If It's Tactically Inadvisable

Basic tank with no side guns - demolisher.

However, why not make fully kitted tanks? They work best.
