I personally prefer a Soul Trap/Agoniser over the Husk Blade, as you can increase your strength and with enough challenges, give yourself re-rolls to wound.
Haemonculus (80pts)
Close combat weapon, Scissorhand, Splinter Pistol
What is the purpose of the Haemonculus? Where is he going to fit in?
Elites (235pts)
Incubi (175pts)
5x Incubi
Personally prefer a smaller unit with a Klaivex, since he gets Rampage and you can fit it into a Venom with the Archon
Raider
Disintegrator cannon, Enhanced Aethersails, Nightshield
Mandrakes (60pts)
5x Mandrake
Troops (610pts)
Kabalite Warriors (200pts)
10 x Kabalite Warrior, Dark Lance, Blaster
Raider - Disintegrator cannon, Nightshield, Splinter Racks
Best to make the most of Splinter Racks and have no special/heavy weapons except maybe a Splinter Cannon if points are spare
Kabalite Warriors (200pts)
10 x Kabalite Warrior, Dark Lance, Blaster
Raider - Disintegrator cannon, Nightshield, Splinter Racks
See above

Kabalite Warriors (105pts)
5x Kabalite Warrior
Venom - Splinter Cannon
Kabalite Warriors (105pts)
5x Kabalite Warrior
Venom - Splinter Cannon

Fast Attack (450pts)
If you're going to use Realspace Raiders, you have to make use of the fast attack slots, minimum four but ideally six
Razorwing Jetfighter (165pts)
2 Dark Lances, 4x Necrotoxin Missile, Nightshield, Splinter Cannon
Specialize the Razorwing, either make it AT with the Dark Lance or AI with the Splinter Cannon.

Scourges (120pts)
5 x Scourge 4 x Heat lance

Suggestions in red.
Try and fit in some more AT units, such as Ravagers, Haywire/Heat Lance Scourges, Caltrop Reavers or Trueborn with Blasters. As it stands, you've got three dedicated AT units, two of which have to come in from reserves and two more that have to remain stationary to get the highest chance of destroying a vehicle.

Thanks for the advice! I had planned on having the Haemonculus chill out with the Archon and Incubi to increase survivability and capitalize on PfP. I keep using the Dark Lances since I keep ending up fighting Rhinos with no way to hurt them with my troops unless I have the heavies (since my transports spend so much time jinking). I agree on the Real Space Raiders detachment. The extra cover from 1st turn is so sexy though.

I will look over your suggestions. Thank you.

A Haemonculus with the Incubi is not a bad idea but it would be better to take from either a Coven's detachment or formation so that it can have Syndriq's Sump for Fleet (and more importantly, not slow the Incubi down, as well as provide them with Zealot on turn 3).

I'll go ahead and second Frozocrone (though mostly I just wanted to type 'Frozocrone' out). But, especially taking as many HQs as you are currently, I'm not sure why you're avoiding the CAD build. The extra cover save is nice and all, but so is ObjSec. Just keep the idea in mind as you play a few games and see if one or the other would have been more helpful.

I dislike this build, but it's mostly for what the Archon is and isn't nowadays. Keep in mind, that functionally what you're buying here, is not a real challenge monster, but more a tanker of wounds. Considering you're going Incubi this is an 'okay' addition. I agree with the Aggie+Soul Trap suggestion Frozocone made. I also think that it might be more beneficial (and a saving of points) to just go with a Succubus w. Glaive and try to win via dangerous attacks rather than running a tank model. But I am a glass hammer sort of guy.

It would be nice if you could get the Sump on this guy - but the rest of your list really isn't built to be taking on a Coven Formation into it. I don't actually think losing Fleet is as bad as it used to be, and agree that the Incubi desperately need som boosts to try to keep them viable. So, I would say keep the Haem - before you began messing with trying to Coven him up I'd advocate just dropping the Incubi for something better

These are okay.

I personally shake my head sadly every time someone takes Mandrakes. Just remember that they are Pathfinders with an 18" range and play them that way and you will get the most value you can, I suppose.
Frankly I'd drop them for more points to enhance the rest of the army.

I dislike this build and you took it twice.
Look - are you going to be using that Lance+Blaster combo? If so, great - why are you paying for s.racks then? And if not? Why are you paying for a Lance? Hell, drop the lance off the squad and put one on the Raider and you end up with a more functional set of wargear doing the same thing and being less haphazard in construction while costing less.

And this selection begs the question why do you even need s.racks? That said, here is a perfect example of what dropping the Mandrakes could do - as each squad here could take a Blaster (and you'd still have excess points) and they would be better at shooting both infantry and mech.

I find the s.cannon a waste unless you deal with a lot of FMCs. I'd drop that upgrade in a hot second.
I also think the Monoscythe is the superior missile across the board, and never suggest flipping it out for the specialized Necrotoxin. Basically the Necrotoxin is only good against models with a T value - the Monoscythe is good against those *and* light armor. Buy according to what you expect to see. I take Monoscythe because it's a better TAC choice for tournaments.

This is okay. I prefer haywire or going h.lance and attaching a WWP - but this is not a bad build and some people really like it.

My thoughts,
