GK, you could potentially castle around your plasma battery, create some really awkward
DS zones and give him barely any room to
DS. Or atleast give yourself a grot shield in front for a measly 100pts. Then on your turn plasma a unit to obliteration with 5 plasma cannons, ammo runts for re-rolls. Then tie him up in combat. As koooai mentioned in another thread earlier (i think), The best thing about
GK's is that they do the bit orks hate most - getting to the enemy. If he comes to you do what orks do best; get krumpin'.
