I just realized Lizardmen have dinosaurs. I'm a 40K, player, but I want them.

Eldar Exodites have them as well - lots of them
Slann and Lizardmen have always been in 40k as well

I'v also seen a few decent salamanders dreadnoughts made from the lizard kits- specifically the carnosaur.
There's no reason why you can just get one to have one

You should just start fantasy
IMHO it's a far better game.
It's less like run and gun rock paper scissors, and more like a total war game.
