I'd say so. My wife loves it and it's been pretty easy to teach other members of the family/non gamers.

I'm personally in love with the game. I've got the app on my phone for when I don't have any readily available opponents

I like it- it's got a fair amount of strategy w/o requiring a ton of planning or rules, so it's light enough for a casual play.
