My next project is a world eater army. Or at least inspired by them. The first thing I need to do is figurer out
A 750 pts allround, take on all comers, so I can begin with the fin part.

I'm thinking about this:

Lord (Mok, Juggernaut, aobf) 145

8 Berzerkers 162

8 Berzerkers 162

3 Spawns 90

Maulerfiend 125

Obliterator 70

Lord joins the spawns. Hopefully the fiend and spawns will be in cc turn 2, and IF they draw fire
From the berzerkers they will make it in instead. The obliterator is in case something heavy turns up.

Another idea is to go a bit crazy.. Switch one unit of berzerkers for 24 cultists with mok and 2 flamers.

So what do you think? I play Nurgle a lot so I know quite a bit about chaos bit playing khorne seems a bit
harder..

Eye of Terror

Actually, this sounds really good for a small army. I have always thought Khorne works best when you don't leave your opponent with many points to attack you, and this is kind of proof of that.

I hope so. I want to go a bit over the top with modelling and painting, so just getting 750 pts done might take some time. And since I don't want to play ubpainted or buy a lot of stuff and never see the end I try to come up with a good list that also is a good foundation to build on.

What do you people think about the cultists vs berzerkers?

im alsonconsidering regular csm with mok, for more versality and special weapons. But a squad of 8 including the wrath icon is 150, and then add a flamer and melta they are more expensive and are not fearless.. So with this type of list I think the berserkers will do a better job.

Cultists are only good as an ignored objective grabber, or en-mass as a meat shield from what I gather...
