I would go with your first list, Haywire can easily handle the vehicles you will find at this point range, save for the dreaded Wave Serpent.
I avoiding using the Court as your mandatory
HQ simply because, as someone trying to get back into the game, it's best not to start your army based on shady (Or at least a Grey area of the) rules. On the other hand, i would also suggest the Archon doesn't go in the same unit as the Incubi and instead joins the Warriors. The point being those Incubi are putting out 13+d3 attacks on the charge, and you don't want to wipe out a unit on your own assault phase due to being open to be shot next turn. Adding the Archon to the mix makes the unit to expensive and to killy (Yes, that's a problem only Dark Eldar have

Also drop the Demi-Klaives, just trust me on that. Then, my final suggestion is swapping the Razor Wing for a unit of Reavers. At this point range a unit of 6 Reavers with Caltrops will be bloody murder against anything they charge, while the flier is only effective against hordes and other fliers (2 Dark Lances won't help much). So if the opponent brings fliers, you ignore them. 3+ Jink saves mean most fliers aren't a threat anyway. The list would end up looking like this
