I like using big units of terminators, but there's an inherent problem with delivery. Deepstriking 600 points in can be incredibly risky, as your game is pretty much over if you roll that 1 on the mishap (and 11 terminators don't exactly have a small footprint). A decent opponent will try to limit your landing zones, forcing you to land near unworthy targets. Once theyre on the board, they can be pretty easy to maneuver away from as theyre relatively slow, and by feeding throwaway units at them. It's a great many eggs in one basket, as they say.
Personally, I prefer to run them with combiplasmas for better shooting versatility, and a chainfist for anti-tank duty. MoK and Wrath are both great, as they hit like a tonne of bricks (which is good, because despite their power weapon attacks, they actually arent the greatest at actually killing things). I'd drop the heavy flamers, as you'll jut be shooting yourself out of assault. Take autocannons if you really want heavy weapons, as theyre much more versatile, or nothing.
For special characters, its really easy to ratchet up the costs, and really you just want something that boost their leadership/fearless, and throw out a few more attacks. An axe-lord is better (and cheaper) on a juggernaut and a unit of bikes or spawn. I usually just throw in a level 2 sorcerer either neakid, or with cheaper termie armour, or a named character like Huron or Zhufor the Impaler (if you want a khorne terminator lord, he's pretty baller)
For delivery, infiltrating with Huron works for a boost, as does using a bunker with escape hatch for what is essentially an 18" scout move. For even more points, a spartan is also good, but again with the baskets and eggs.
