I hope putting three questions together is ok; they're pretty short.

(a) Can an Imperial Guard Company Commander (Company Command Squad) can buy Carapace Armor for 2 points? My impression is that he can't, it has to be full cost, since he's not one of the Veterans.

(b) Does the tank commander in the Steel Host has to be his own squadron or if he can be a part of the 3 mandatory-- ie, do we have a minimum of 4 tanks or of 5?

(c) And finally, roughly in that same vein, if I wanted to improve the power of a Pask command squadron or even a standard Tank Commander's, can I make the other tank be a Tank Commander? IE, does a a Leman Russ with a Tank Commander count as the necessary accompanying tank for another Tank Commander/Pask and vice versa? I suppose it depends on whether or not the unit is still "Leman Russ Something" tank or "Tank Commander" tank with the Russ being 'equipment'/dedicated transport for the Tank Commander. The primary benefit of course would be the higher BS on the consort tank but also the chance to 'reroll' (sorta) a failed Tank Order.

a) No, he must buy it from the Special Issue Wargear list.

b) Tank Commander is it's own unit. So you are looking at a 5 units (6 tanks minimum).

c) Tank Commander is not an upgrade, so you cannot upgrade one of the tanks accompanying Pask to be a Commander.
