Hey all just got the manufactorum sector from forge world and I am stuck on how to paint it.
Never liked painting scenery but out of me and my mate who halfed in for it I am the better painter but am at a loss as to how to start it off.
Any one have any experience painting it or colour scheme ideas
At moment thinking basing it a grey colour then run different washes over it and take it from there but not to sure on it all think the word I am looking for is a bit daunted by it at moment.
So any help is much appreciated

I think you'll get more help in P&M mate, so let's jet off to there

I paint all my Manufactorum based terrain pieces in dark green with brass and silver accents. Once I complete the assembly work, I put a base coat of Krylon Fusion Dark Green and let it dry completely. Then I put a couple of layers of hunter green craft paint and let that dry. Then I go through and do the brass and silver details, then I wash the whole thing with a sepia tone and then an orange wash for rust effects.
