Although I have invested quite heavily into Dropzone Commander, Malifaux and Warmachine, I couldn't resist the temptation and started Aleph . By 'started' I mean that I did my usual thing and bought lots of stuff. I got the starter and the support pack and what looked fun to paint: Nesai Alke, Atalanta and Penthiselea. I want to expand my collection a little bit, but having played only few games I can't decide what will help me complement my army. The options I am considering are the following:

1. Maruts because tags are awesome
2 Rebots and Dasyus because that will help me build the proposed sample Aleph List.
3 Post humans + some other small blister, because they look badass .
4 Something else entirely?

Although I speak a lot about the look of the minis (this got me into Infinity), this time I want to focus on the gameplay aspect of the models. So, which options is the best ,considering the models I own? My budget for this particular purchase is around 40 euros/50 dollars or so.

Are you trying to do the Steel Phalanx Sectorial or plain old vanilla ALEPH?

I would play a few more games with these, and use them as proxies for things you might like to get, in order to see if they fit your play style. With 342 points of stuff, you have plenty of minis for the time being.

Some firepower, HMGs or Spitfires, and some more infiltrators, like Nagas or Dasyus, might be a good place to start. Save the Marut for later.

You need the main man himself - Achilles! Pretty much a mini TAG, his CC wil rise pretty high in 3rd im sure to make him a bigger monster

The "main man" himself would be Kasym Beg (with a little modification). Some chain, a meathook ... some black/white paint on his face. Some might call him "Lobo".

Achilles is just a pretty boy Fabio clone. Who dies to autocannon crits. First die roll of the game.
That's what happens when you spend more time in front of the mirror and not enough time in the combat sim.

Sun Tze can't die out of an Autocannon crit, not even two, you need three atocannon crits to kill Sun, he also happens to be Tony Stark's lost chinese brother.
