Been looking all over, but can't seem to find an active group anywhere. Decent amount of fantasy groups but I want to know I'll be able to use my nids eventually :p

Try there. It's our local group. Large number of players. They play at varying places throught the cities but mostly on the Minneapolis side. Quite a bit at FFG as well.

It's for all games but is primarily still 40k based.

Tower Games on Nicollet and 40th has an fairly active base of players. I kinda dropped out due to the price of keeping up with the editions, but I will certainly play you if you want. The whole community is very inviting. They have a very hardcore magic following if you're interested as well.
