Nice use of pieces, great sculpting, and I love the shell. The only thing I'm not fond of is the eye. Whereas the rest of the model has a lot of organic realism, the eye just looks incredibly cartoony and doesn't really fit with the look. I think a solid white, milky eye would work better. Better yet, a shiny, solid black one would accent the darker color palette of the model and up the creepy factor.
