Broodlord has sold several times at ~$25 on eBay. The ones at $30 didn't sell and bidders tended to stop after $26. So i figure they're worth about $25 to people.
The blood angel kits are complete with all parts. I'm pretty sure Tyranids are too. I sold the carnifex and he had the claws and small talons and 5 heads and 4 guns to choose from, as well as what shows in the box set pictures

All the Tyranid kits are the exact same as comes out of the individual boxes, nothing is missing. 2c.
