Orikan the Diviner (p.57)
During the first game turn, all enemy units that move count as moving through difficult terrain.

C'tan Manifistations of Power (p.41)
Whilst the C'tan is on the battlefield, all difficult terrain is also dangerous for the enemy.

If both are taken in an army, does that mean that for the first turn the entire battlefield is considered dangerous terrain for the enemy?

Works great against mobile armies that use a lot of bikes, jump/jet pack units, and vehicles. I can't tell you how annoyed I've made SM players when I immobilize their Land Raiders on turn 1.

Maybe. It was ruled to stack in 6th Edition, however the FAQ for 7th Edition is silent on the matter.

The problem is one moves as if in Difficult Terrain (but the unit is not necessarily in Difficult Terrain), the other effects Difficult Terrain itself.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Make sure to include quake weapons too: A Harbinger of Transmogrification can make any unit he hits, not needing to wound, count as bring in difficult terrain for a turn. So does the line weapon of the Tesseract Ark.
