I am guessing you have issues reading it from the codex?
The options seem quite clear though... As long as you don't take the Jump packs, you can get the Drop Pod

The rules do say "take a storm shield" as opposed to "replace a weapon with a storm shield," so I say yes. However, a storm shield does negate the bonus for two CCW in assault.
