I try to put together a TAC list around 1000pts, but what works against regular infantry may not work against MEQ. I'm thinking about Pask, a blob with autocannons with psyker support and a wyvern. Except for Pask none of these are really good against 3+ saves or AV14. Any ideas?

lazguns and autocannons are fine against 3+. And even better against 2+ as it costs 3 times more. Line up for FRFSRF and drown them in flashlights. If you feel you need something more, take a few meltas here and there - they'll also help with landraiders a bit.

My other problem is, that from that point I'll get a single big blob (~4IS), so I can put prescience on them. But if that blob get's attacked in melee, the enemy tarpits my tarpit with a single unit for good, and I won't have much else. Also not too good in objective grabbing neither.

A priest and a couple power axes fix the mellee problems. Might as well add in a xeno inquisitor with nades to make marines t3 for the first turn. Also, halluciation nades have a potential to screw them up even further for the first round of mellee combat. But it's more suited fo aggressive blobs. Where liber heresius helps a lot with it's scout move and counter-attack.

Guards can wreck marines in mellee too. Reasonable ammounts of marines. Just don't overinvest in guard mellee if you're not planning to go aggressive. A couple power axes and probably some krak nades for vehicle/mc cracking is allready enough.

This is what I have: Blob (with priest and lvl2 primaris), CCS (for orders, pretty much barebone except for vox), PCS (because I have to), Pask with Gatling + other LR with Plasma, wyvern.

If I put power axes and inq and other stuff to the blob, it really get's bloated. It may not be a problem, but the army feels like two big targets (blob and Pask), and nothing else. Although with proper melee support, it will be dangerous both at range and up close.

Pask and a plasma tank is allready more than enough to deal with literally anything short of a landraider. Just use guards to keep meltadrop away from juicy tanks. Regular guards with priests are allready decent enough in mellee and can drown the enemy in attacks killing a few every turn without loosing too much in return thanks to overwhelming numbers.

I still have no idea how to grab objectives. IG is just slow. I have a single PCS that can move around freely, and a basic, unequipped veteran squad, just to make the army legal (btw they were pretty effective against a squad of dire avengers coming out of a freshly popped WS).
