Do the Riders of Rohan contribute to the 33% bow limit?

If they do, or do not, where does it say so in rules?

I can't find any reference that says they don't count against the 33%.

If they do count, it would be nice if the Rohan player could reduce the bow from the basic troop cost.

In the FAQ, it says 'riders of Rohan chosen from the Rohan army list do not count towards your bow limit'.

I see that onFAQ page 5, where it basically says, to ignore them entirely for the purposes of determining Bow Limits. The 33% would only apply to the remaining warriors.

I read that as I could have a 100% force of Riders, all with bows. My fellow LoTR's don't agree what that means and it should say so specifically in their description portion of the Good Forces warrior section. I was hoping it said somewhere, either way, in a more concrete fashion.

As of the latest rules, your way is right; you can bring an entire army of Riders of Rohan and not have any contribute to your bow limit.

In the old rules, there was something about ignoring the bow completely unless the Rider was actually holding it, but at the moment the way posted above is correct.
