It's come up very well. When you give the model this kind of 'hyper-realistic' treatment, it tends to emphasise the areas that have been simplified, like the tracks, but even they look pretty good. Nice work. You're doing a Panther as well, I think - I look forward to seeing how that comes out.

Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

Yes, gonna do a Panther G based one from KG Peiper.

The T34 has a number of accuracy errors that closer inspection reveals. The turret rear has an uparmoured plate, late pattern hull hooks and hull MG mount, post-42 fuel tanks which all make it hard to build an accurate STZ Model 41... Of course, all of that depends how rivet counting you want to be.

That said, I do think, from what I have seen so far, that Rubicon could do with taking a little more time and effort in getting the details right. Alot of times it seems like they are basing designs off other kits and picking up their inaccuracies too.

Its a shame, as other than the lack of detail on the track insides, its actually not a bad model at all with adequate detail, easy to build and give the right 'look' on the tabletop. A little bit more care with research would just nudge it up into a higher grade.
