Hey, thanks for asking our opinions and starting a separate thread.
Going all out with Boyz is a viable strategy against new Kill Team players who hadn't seen it yet. In the spirit of being helpful, I'm going to point out some situations you will face. I've played this as this type of KT and faced it, too.
0 - a quick reminder, remember to add 1 point per Shoota, 'cos of the new codex.
1 - realise when you face the Break Test (Ld), you'll lose about 1/3 of remaining models a Turn. Be sneaky, go the long way around to stay out of sight, play like a Blood Axe, keep numbers up until the endgame. You don't want to peak too early.
2 - make sure you're not facing Vehicles. A dedicated transport with Specialists at Firepoints really hurt a team like this.
3 - melee specialists are always shot up before they make it into combat, unless they're Thunderwolf Cavalry or something.
So consider getting Rokkits unless you know vehicles aren't an issue, consider changing your Shred Specialist to the Rokkit Boyz. And even then, never forget hitting half numbers means Break Tests will take about 1/3 of your Orks every Turn.

If your opponent is taking someting like 3 Crisis Suits, which I suspect is the case, you should pwn him. If he's clever and takes a bunch of fire warriors mixed with some Kroot, it'll be tough.
