It's a little bit rough around the edges, but I just came across this website after looking to match certain Vallejo colors with Tamiya equivalents called scalemodeldb.com. Has quite a few common brands used by the community here, including Vallejo and Tamiya (no P3 or GW ranges ) but still quite useful for those of you looking to do some inter-brand color matching or research on ranges for your next army.

Well you could always cross check it with the paint range chart on dakka.

Definitely a perfect compliment to the scalemodeldb.com website for GW/P3 ranges!

The site lacked most of the Vallejo paints... or I missed something.

Hmmm....found all of my Vallejo paints (at least the ones that would most closely be associated with painting an IF army), but I just jumped into the hobby about a month ago, so all of my paints are brand spankin new. What colors did you find are missing?

There where about 230paints in the chart and Vallejo has 539 paints in the hobbyranges. (not counting Game Air since it is the same as Game Color)

You're right. I just took a look at the full Vallejo paint range and counted about 223 colors. They're very, very short.
