As a model with eternal warrior is immune to instant death, do they get their fnp roll against attacks that are twice their toughness?

Nope as ID negated FnP. Even if you have eternal warrior.

I make bad decisions and think they are good.

No they don't. Read some Rules: "Feel No Pain saves may not be taken against Destroyer attacks or against unsaved Wounds that have the Instant Death special rule."

But isn't EW considered to negate the Instant Death special rule?

No. The wording for Eternal Warrior in the rulebook does not say that it negates instant death, it says that any wound the model takes from a weapon with the instant death special rule only reduces the model's number of wounds by 1. It makes no mention of taking away the instant death rule from the wound.

Ahhh ok. Been a while since I looked at the rule. Then I'm siding with no FnP
