I've been tinkering with this list as I put it together for a while now, and I'm pretty set on this base:

Librarian, mastery level 2, terminator armour, storm bolter, 120
Sternguard squad, 3 combimelta, drop pod 185

Leaving 285 to spare, which I figured could be spent on the following, considering I'm not a fan of Ironclads and want to use things that benefit from IH CT.

2 tri las predators
3 dakka predators
1 tri las pred and 1 lascannon and missile launcher dreadnought

Feedback would be muchly appreciated.

I would use the remaining points to get a third pod, and fill it with an Ironclad Dreadnought; IWND makes this AV13 walker pretty awesome. Plus, with the double heavy flamer load-out, you could torch whatever transport your sternguard pop open. If you can free up another 5 points (maybe drop the libby's storm bolter.. not sure how many points that is) you can give the Ironclad assault launchers, or if you free up a few move (drop the multimelta from the pod tac squad?) you can give the dread's pod a deathstorm missile launcher (which is nice because it can't hurt the dread if it scatters).

You have infantry with all Melta. I dont know that loading up on lascannons would give you a well rounded list. How about a Vindicator and a Predator (either type)?

I like to run a Termy Libbby with Sternguard also. But I take plasma and Divination so they can outshoot TEQ and MEQ rather than going tank hunting.

I'm not a big fan of Ironclads, I'm more of a fan of tanks rather than walkers. I'm essentially torn between which type, or combination of predators to take.

I figured 3 AV13 autocannons and 6 heavy bolters for 285pts would be pretty decent fire support for the tacticals, using them to hold objectives and the like too. I'd essentially just be using them as faster, more durable tacticals. If I did this I'd probably swap the 2nd tactical squad transport to a drop pod.

I feel that I might be overdoing it with the anti-tank if I do go for 2 tri las, but they could serve as backup for the Sternguard and serve as anti-air.

I could go for one of both, leaving 50pts spare that I don't really know what I'd do with. I'd also consider changing the tactical squad loadouts to flamer and missile launchers, and adding in Devastators with missile launchers since I've got the bits.
