This is a purely fun list and will probably suck regardless, but wanted some feedback as to what's missing/what I could add. First off, I love dreadnoughts, so lots of dreadnoughts.

Dark Angels

Belial
2x Deathwing w/ AC, CF, and TH/SS

2x Dreadnought w/ two autocannon arms

Blood Angels

2x Librarian Dread w/ heavy flamer, and DP

Scout Squad w/ bolters, camo, and teleport homer (for the deathwing assault)

Scout Squad w/ snipers and camo

Space Wolves

Rune Priest

2x Dread w/ axe, shield, and drop pod

2x Blood Claws w/ flamer

Total: 1995

Again, this is a list I'm only considering, because that's a lot of dreads I'd need (I've only got two dark angels ones, and I need autocannons for them). Any opinions aside from "dreadnoughts are total garbage"? Are the librarian dreads worth the points? I've never used the space wolves ones either, but the 3++ sounds quite useful.

If you want to go dreads, vanilla marines, or iron hands would be really good and you wouldn't have to pay troop tax 3 times.

Additionally space wolves have a 3 dread formation that is prett awesome. Bjorn, and two ven dreads.

How many dreads would you realistically want to field?

I feel like 6 would sort of be my limit, as anything beyond that gets a bit extreme. I figured I'd cover all my bases by taking three different armies, as I don't think anyone else can take the autocannon DA one (correct me if I'm wrong), I think the psyker ones are just cool, and the space wolves ones are obviously the most durable.
I do want to take at least 4, don't really have a reason other than I love the models and fluff of dreadnoughts.
I actually haven't looked at the iron hands ones, I assume they have a useful chapter tactic?

Yup yup. FNP 6+ and IWND.

Course, if you decide to go past 4-6 Dreads, run a HH list of Cassian Dracos, a couple Legion Tac Support Squads, an 4 full talons of Legion Dreads. Gives a total of 13 Dreads in the list, and 125 pts left for upgrades. Would be an interesting table to see

Iron hands can take 6 (3 heavy, 3 elite) with a master of the forge and a few extra tech marines.

They have great rules. Add on the formation for space wolves and boom. 9 dreads, reasonably cheap and you get a very Killy list.
