I have been playing some buddies and they have been using flyers or the first time, and I don't use flyers at lot. I am having some trouble with flyers and flying monstrous creatures when they come in reserve, can someone give me an explanation on how they come in "zooming" (the flying only snapshots and skyfire hit me type). Do they come straight on 18 to 36" and then the next turn they have to pivot and 18 to 36" again? Thanks you

All the rules can be found in the BRB.
The Vehicle Damage chart for them is slightly different too.

When they come on they move in a strait line without pivoting, this line can be at an angle though, they just cant fly off the table the turn they come on.
They can pivot at the beginning of the movement, they do not have to, but they must pivot(if they are going to) before they move(unless they have vector dancer).

Yeah, flyers are one of the most awkward parts of the game, with rules that seem a little bit tacked on. Positioning worries for the player running them, and the annoyance of trying to snap fire at something that's going to jink for the opponent. They also encourage some of the most irritating spam lists.
My advice for someone who's made the choice not to play one themselves is not to worry about memorising all of their rules, just enough to know if your opponent is obviously cheating or getting it wrong in his favour. Maybe also skip out on playing against any list that takes more than two flyers or three flying monstrous creatures whilst you're at it. You may still win, but it'll be a hassle.

and keep in mind that they come into play only from your own table edge (for the first time).
when they fly off the table, and come back the next turn they can decide from where they come

Ok thanks guys, I just read the rules as if it moves if has to pivots. So fly straight on, than has to pivot next turn.

It doesn't have to pivot. It can just fly in a straight line. But if it wished to pivot, it does it before moving.
(sorry if that's what you meant. I read this as you think they must pivot before moving)
