Just as a quick idea, would it be possible to have a notification for when your post is quoted?
Looking around the closest I saw was "Notify by email when a reply is posted", if that does the same thing then never mind.
But I thought if it's possible it could be a useful option for people to have. Like when you're quoted you have the option somewhere to set it so it PMs you about it automatically, with a link to the post.

I think the mods said they did not want to do this because it encouraged '1-on-1' discussions, whereas the intent is to promote 'free-for-all' discussions where people join into the same debate from all directions, and where you respond to other things than just responses to your posts.

Mn, I would also like this feature. Especially since I don't always check this forum daily hehe.
