This is for a 2500 point tournament the Saturday after Christmas. I will point out options that i have available at the end. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.

HQ:
Fabius Bile (165)
Typhus (230)

Troops:
35 Cultists with 3 Flamers and Autogun (197)
10 Plague Marine with Plasma gun and plasma pistol and Power fist (298)
10 Plague Marine with Plasma gun and plasma pistol and Power fist in
Rhino with Combi-Bolter, Combi-Flamer, gargoyles, and Havoc Launcher(335)

Elites:
5 Terminators with MoT Heavy Flamer 3x Chain Fist in Land Raider with same load out as Rhino. (488)

Fast Attack:
Heldrake with BaleFlamer (170)
10 Warp Talons MoK (350) +1S with Bile
2 Chaos Spawn with MoK (64)

Heavy Support:
ForgeFiend with extra Ectoplasma Cannon (200)

I have 3 HelBrutes on the way as well i hope they will make it in time. If they do I will cut out the spawn and probably the auto guns from the cultist to make room for it with. I might also drop the Plague Marines down to 9 each to upgrade the HelBrute Weapon wise. I also have a Lord in Term, and 5 more Terms one with a Reaper Autocannon.

Thanks

This list could use some serious work, I'm sorry to say. Lets jump right in. Keep in mind everything I'm going to say is in the spirit of improving the list to win more games. If it comes down to sacrificing theme for power, feel free to ignore my advice.

Fabius Bile can only use his special rule, which gives fearless and +1 STR to one unit, on CSM squads. That is to say, the troops choice "Chaos Space marines". I can see how that might be confusing, but it cannot be used on warp talons.
If you take Typhus, cultists you own become zombies, which cannot take upgrades such as flamers or autoguns.
You are getting a bit crazy with your vehicle upgrades. Remember, you can only fire one weapon at full BS per turn if you move at all. You would have to stand still to fire all 4 weapons on your rhino, which is silly. Its a transport, it should be moving around all the time.
Warp Talons are considered one of the worst units in all of WH40K, up there with Bloodcrushers. At 30 points you're paying for a unit that dies to a bolter shot just as easy as a 13 point space marine. If you really want to take them, go ahead, but not 10 with marks. Simply way too expensive for a unit that will die to a unit of firewarriors or something.
Generally plague marines are midfield units. You roll them up in rhinos, disembark, hold objectives.
The forgefiend and spawn seem to be thrown in because you pulled their names out of a hat
There actually isn't anything blatantly wrong with the terminators, but many would argue chaos terminators aren't worth a land raider and should only be taken cheap and deepstruck in.

So help me out, what theme are you going for? I'll be happy to write up a sample list.

Maybe i am confussed i just re-read fabius profile and i am just seeing it say one unit. With Thyphus the plague zombies also says "may" select so i take that as you do not have to make them Zombies. I will take another look as i am new to this Army. There really isnt a theme I played back in '04-'06 and i was able to land this army for cheap so that I could get back into it and get caught up on the rule changes.

I prefer to push the field and assult so that is the main reason i like the WT I do see where you are saying they are expensive, but i can also get them in an assult quick into the game and with MoK thats 41A with Shred so i like them. I have looked at dropping them to 5+champ. I keep the Rhino Loaded with weapons because it is able to hold a Objective once I get to it even after I disembark.

The spawn and forgefiend are very random as I said this is an army I bought in whole, but with out any Havoc or Oblits its about the only thing other than the Landraider that has some strength, for now.

I plan on eventually building it up to a Nurgle close combat army, but I know that will require a few more units. just not sure where to go with it yet. As I said its been almost 10 years since i played so its coming back to me slow. Thank you for the help.
