Since book 2 is now out and no longer a Rumor, Book 3 is pending ?

Book 2 Ends with Dante and the Sanguinor on the Blade of Vengeance-

Dante Asking, " Was it enough --- can Baal still be saved?

For the first time ever Sanguinor speaking replying, " There is yet hope."

Expectations-

More Necron and Blood Angels joint Love?

New Necron- Formations and Fluff.

New Tyranid- Formations and Fluff.

Do not expect a lot of new Blood Angel things in book 3.

Fireraven, it says 'The conclusion of...' on the first page of Shield of Baal III so there won't be a sequel

I like your enthusiasm!

With Darnok's rumors of the Necron codex release at the end of January and how it was with Orks-SW and Tyranids-Blood Angels we COULD see a new campaign featuring Necrons and at least one more faction after the necron codex - in February 2015. But this is the rumor section and not a place to predict things that could happen

By the way Devourer is an already released Black Library novel

Deathstorm, the supplement included in the Deathstorm box, is book two of the campaign, with Exterminatus being book 3. So the campaign is technically over now.
