I've got a couple of models here and I'm not sure about either of their names or details.

1st one is a Grandmaster of the Knights of the White Wolf (WHFB Empire army).

Not familiar with the werewolf.

The second is Beorg Bearstruck, character in one of the dogs of war regiments
