If that is the stat-line you want to go for, i recommend looking at Typhus, since he has similar stats, and cost him based off of him.

Well, how's this for a rough estimate:

Lord statline, so that is 65 points right there. TDA, so 105 points. ML3 = 180 points. VotlW = 185 points. Keeps grenades despite TDA? At the very least 5 points for that, so 190.

The talons are like 50 points. A Lord in TDA would pay 22 points for a pair, but then there is a plasma gun in there and S+2, so...

Weighs in at 240-250 points.

EDIT: 4 wounds eh? 260-ish easily.

Or we can have the same guy without preferred enemy, give him infiltrate. Replace a Gets Hot! with a catastrophic explosion, Large Blast centered on his base, S7 Ap2, he gets no saves and is removed after the blast. He awards a VP to the opponent.

I fielded this army list

When it was my turn to shoot, 4 of them rolled 1s and had set off the GETS HOT! they proceeded to die.

Next turn my opponent failed to pop any rhinos. I proceed to shoot, 3 more die to GETS HOT!

Next turn, my opponent succeeded to pop and wreck all 4 rhinos. My turn, I did not lose any chosen to any rhino explosions. I proceed to shoot, and 5 of them died to GETS HOT!

My opponent then charged my remaining Chosen squads, I fired over watch and only 1 of them GETS HOT! I dubbed him Cho-Zen who chose to die to GETS HOT! instead of getting killed in melee.

The rest of the Chosen died in combat.

Oh and failbadon mishapped and died on turn 2. Awarding my opponent First Blood and Slay the Warlord.

260 is a bit too much for a t4 guy with 5++ and no Eternal warrior. He might have 20 wounds that wouldn't matter.

190 is reasonable. The guy also has no spell familliar. All i know is that i'd still go with a generic sorc over him in many cases just cause of access to 4++, bike/jumppack and spell familliar. Note that TDA is more of a disadvantage in this case as he's basically limited to deepstrike or a landraider. Both this options limit his psy power use significantly.
