Had this come up when I was playing a blood angels player last night. Does veterans of the long war only give hatred towards Codex: Space Marines, or to Blood Angels/Dark Angels as well?

Here's my question (to which I already know the answer, but think it's a fun situation anyway):
Inquisitor Coteaz when taken from the Grey Knights Codex provokes Hatred gained from VotLW. Does he when chosen from the Inquisition codex?
