Well, my opponents usually don't have more than 1-2 Wave Serpents 'cos Serpent spam is very expensive in real life money.

I'd spread grots in as many lil squads as possible so they won't be swept emidiately.
Make trukk cheaper - no riggers, no RPJ. Attach a reinforced ram.
RPJ is a useless upgrade overall. Riggers are too expensive for such cheap vehicles. While ram is mandatory - allows you to tankshock and reroll DT tests which is golden.
Make wagon cheaper - no rokkit launchas, no skorcha, no riggers, no RPJ - just a barebones Killkannon. Cause you will only be able to snapshot if you shoot Killkannon.
Attach ammo runts to lobbas - barrage with rerolls is brutal.
It's reasonable to get a few KMK.
Truckboyz need a PK+BP nob.
Also, get some slotless meks to die in challenges - they're easilly converted out of blackreach boyz.

if using gretchin always try to squeez in a squighound, it makes the unit much more durable and if you wanna use more than 10 gretchin, never go full decimal.
in your case 19 and 29 respectivly, so you can drop one runtherd per mob saving 20 points in the process.
as far as the wagon goes, do what koooai suggested but keep one single extra gun (or a weapon destroyed result will always get the kannon).
if you WANT to use nobz do that, but they will not do as good as other units

Gretchin Blow Monkeys. They are a massive waste of points that could have been spent on a unit that could have done you some work.
RPJ is always a waste now.
Grot Riggers should only go on a BW, but by turn 2 they should have dropped their contents so if it blows it doesn't really matter. If you are using it as Gun Platform then add the Riggers if not spend your points elsewhere.
Looted Wagons don't have the AV it takes to survive when people gear up for AV14. You should buy a Battle Wagon, give it a Killkannon and 2 Rokkits and let it start shooting things. For even more fun put a Unit of Lootas or Tank Hunterz in it.
All mounted or none mounted (excluding Arty)
All Boyz should have a Nob, PK, Free Shoota and BP.
Boyz come in 3 ways, 30 on foot, 20 in BW, 12 in a Trukk.

that is simply not true.
yes, i wouldnt field that many gretchin, but still they have their uses as point fillers.
as weird as this may sound, gretchin are alot tougher than orks when it comes to hold objectives.
- they can field more bodies
- they have better morale (with the squighound)
- they can easily be obscured by terrain, due too their size
- you as a player, are more likely to go to ground with em
- the opponent is likely to ignore them, due to more immidiate threads
the last part is really important. i've talked to alot of non ork players over the many years i'm playing 40k and every one says how reluctant they are to shoot at gretchin. they feel like its a waste of firepower, better suited to grill some real orks.
also most of them said, that they thought they could deal with em at the end of the game, thinking one unit shooting at em or assaulting em will break the gretchin and deal with em. which suprisingly isnt true. it takes alot of firepower to break a unit of 19 gretchin in 4+ cover.
anyway... 59 gretchin is a bit of an overkill
i would go with max. 2x19 gretchin or one mob of 29.
to the rest of the list:
- like sick bag said, use rokkits.
- get rid of the bigshootaz on the boyz, sluggaz want to chop there's no time for dakka
- if you are using a ard case on the wagon, get a second weapon. else drop the ard case to save points and maybe squeeze in a second wagon

Alll true. 20 man gretchin squads are quite competitive.
