Black legion codex makes votlw mandatory.

I would personally just use Crimson slaughter codex. Avoid the votlw tax

Then put both chosen in cypher formation so they all infiltrate and have atsknf.

the veterans of the long war costs are added in, the reason i was using black legion is more for the deamon weapon on the lord, also then how would i make the army legal dropping a unit of chosen into cyphers formation?

Get 2x10 cultist.

The cost of votlw is not free add on, it cost points hence a un-needed tax.

Crimson slaughter has blade of the relentless, which is comprarable to ssb.
