This is my first forum here and i thought this is where it should go, wouldnt be surprised if it got moved.

I want to know if getting a centurion assault squad (which comes with the pieces for a devastator squad) and make 2 assault and one dev and put them in different drop pods is legal i want the grav cannon on the dev but the flamer and melta combo would fall more into what i want to do(charge).

Also, would it be worth it if i could?

To answer your question, no. The codex is clear on this. Though nothing is stopping you from modeling them that way (won't be WYSIWYG though).

I make bad decisions and think they are good.

Thanks. I run space wolves so i don't have a space marine codex yet but i was thinking about running them and didnt know how they worked or if they were worth it,

They also don't get DPs as dedicated transports, so you would need a Space Wolf ally to take a FA DP.

too big for rhinos. going from vanilla marines stuff, you'd need a land raider or storm raven.

this BTW is why you almost never see assault centurions
