This is mainly a thought exercise started over a couple of beers with a couple of friends, regarding the possibility of playing with Grey Knight rules without using the Grey Knights chapter (one of my friends considers them the epitome of Mary Sue-ness).

We've thought up a pretty interesting story (IMO) about a bunch of blood Ravens that managed to escape into the Warp upon destruction of Indrick Boreale's task force at Kaurava, their ship got badly damaged, bumped into a Space Hulk or the likes where they found the remnants of a Grey Knight strike force, and being Blood Ravens they would not want such perfectly good gear to go to waste. Some time later they emerge from the Warp clad in a mix of Blood Raven and Gery Knight gear.

I'm curious about how hard would be to achieve this through modeling:

For example do Nemesis Force Weapons fit on regular SM Terminator armor?
Do Grey Knight Terminator heads fit on the regular Terminator bodies and viceversa?

How compatible are the bits of the two kits in general?

The arms and legs would be completely interchangable; you could have Indomitus (normal) torsos with GK legs and a Force Halberd, or a GK torso and legs and a PF/SB. The heads should also work well enough in either torsos, and all the extra bits can just go anywhere. Should work perfectly well.
