I brought a few X-Wing minis with me on holiday and I plan on doing a few demo games plus some proper games, if I'm lucky.

Thinking that the classic starter set matchups are a bit, well, dull, I figured for my demo games I'll make it a bit more interesting and show off more of the game.

So, I'm thinking of:

Luke Skywalker with R2-D2
Tarn Mison with a R2 Unit.

Against:

2 TIE Academy Pilots
Night Beast
Mauler Mithel

So, this should add in some lessons about pilot skill (Academies first, then Tarn, then Night Beast, Mauler and finally Luke). Both sides learn a bit about formation flying and the rebel player has a couple of upgrades to play with too.

I'm then going to want to try out some other ships I've not had a go at yet. - Particularly my Z95 and my TIE Phantom. I've got to hand:

1 TIE Defender
1 TIE Phantom
5 TIE Fighters
1 TIE Advanced
2 TIE Interceptors
3 X-Wings
1 Z-95 Headhunter
2 B-Wings

A XXBB squad is on the cards too, but I don't know how I'll manage that.
