Hello,
I just picked up the paint bottle of Army painter quickshade ink. However, I cannot get it to work right for the life of me. Each time I apply it, the cracks and crevices dry white, not all of them, but here and there. Am I not shaking the stuff enough? Has anyone else had such an issue?

Is it an old bottle? I had this happen with shades before by not shaking them, using up the medium instead of the ink, and therefore ending up with a wrong mix.
Short answer is toss it.

No, its brand new. I've had no problems with the actual dip, only the ink.

It likely just needs a thorough mix. Pop the dropper top off, stir every little bit of it, re-cap, then shake the hell out of it. Not a guaranteed fix, but >90% effective.

Jigsaws with a quickgrip clamp instead of a blade are amazing as paint shakers - I saw one here last month and built one the other week.
