I want to add camo netting to some of my Guard tanks, but I'm not sure of the best way to do it. I have some medical gauss and I was planning to mold it round my tanks with watered down PVA, however I'm not sure this will fix it to the tank properly, if anyone has any experience doing this advice would be appreciated

5000pts 13 wins 1 draws 9 losses

WoC "where the points don't matter" 6 wins 0 draws 4 losses

I have used the exact same method - it works just fine.
If it does start coming loose just add a couple of drops of thin superglue on it.

Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

I've summarized the above video.

Camo Netting
Supplies
PVA glue - the safe kind(?); will be watered down
Large Dry Brush
Scissors
Black Wash
Brown Wash
“Stretchy bandage”
Plastic lid or pallet to do the painting on

Instructions
Spread apart the bandaging to make it a looser weave - Spread it quite wide as it will shrink in the next step
Mix up PVA. 60-70% PVA, 20% water, and a few drops of black and/or brown ink
Dip piece of bandage into the mix and fully immerse
Soak for ~5 minutes
Remove from mix and set aside to dry - it will continually contract during this process, so you will need to keep stretching it apart
As it dries you may need to brush on additional PVA mix - this will dull and mix the colors
Apply lines of ink. These will diffuse outward and start creating the camo pattern
While still wet mold the netting onto the model
Apply additional mix to help mold to the shape. Mix may require more PVA at this stage
Optional: add tiny strips of masking tape to simulate fabric
