Can a Techmarine in a GK army use Servitors?

I'm assuming by "use" you mean gain a bonus to Blessing of the Omnissiah for each Servitor with a Servo-arm. If so, it will be listed under BotO as a modifier. If it is not listed, they cannot help.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Sorry may have worded the question wrong.
When you buy the Techmarine you get the Techmarine and 4 servitors, as seen here http://www.games-workshop.com/en-EU/Space-Marine-Techmarine-with-Servitors

If it is not an option in the GK codex to purchase Servitors, they cannot use them.
As a side note, here are two other available Techmarine models, here and here.
