Wow, significant FW work-I've never heard of some of these, but I think I will have to take a look at them. Being in Aus, large FW armies are out of my reach, but I could think about one piece for my IH chapter....hmmmm.

Without knowing what some of these are it's hard to say (so apologies in advance if these comments are redundant), but interpreting from what I do know, you might want some upgrades for taking care of hordes (ie flamers). I would probably include a FA choice because I like having the option to hit fast. Bikes would probably be my play in this instance; I suspect that whatever the choice is will be shot at first because it will be easier to kill than most of these other options, so you might as well go for T5 and make them waste more shots. I still think the bikes will manage to contribute though;after turn 1 there will be so many other things for your opponent to worry about

No special weapons for the troops? Whats the point in having 10 of them then?
