There is this kitkat(chocolate bar) in the fridge on my floor at the office.
I am pretty sure its been there for a month at least...I think it has been abandoned. (Unless said kit-kat has been replaced on regular intervals but why leave it in the fridge in the first place?) So, Do I take it, and chow it down with a nice hot brew as I trawl the mighty volumes of knowlegde stored in the the WH forums or leave it where it is...?

Open it, leaving the wrapper as intact as possible eat all but one tiny corner of it put the tiny corner back in the wrapper then put it back.

Wonder if someone marking the days off on how long it takes til someone eat that KitKat goodness

I've done it myself

Personally, I would take it (dont eat it) and hold on to it for a week or so. If nobody says anything about it going missing then its been abandoned. If someone mentions something then you have made a mistake. But the not eating part is important... means you can try get it back to its home.

Not that I steal... just if I was to steal... in that situation.
