With GW rolling out more supplements for famous campaigns, what battles would you like to see covered in a campaign supplement ? What formations would you like to see released alongside these supplements ?

Any thoughts ?

Without a doubt, I would love to see the Rynn's world Campaign. nothing calls out to be covered more than Crimson Fists vs. Orks!

Sanctuary 101 ... Sisters vs Necrons
Battle for the Fang ... Wolves vs 1k Sons
Sallies vs Dark Eldar (the one where the Marines gatecrashed the Dark City)

None, until every army has rules for the current edition, and the core rules have actually been finished.

We still have psychic rules that stop functioning the moment a psyker joins another unit. Until GW take the time to publish a complete ruleset, I have zero interest in expansions for that ruleset.

The Beast's Waaagh versus the imperium if I really want to fantasize. that would be a great campaign for the orks if I say so myself.



That or the conclusion to Raven Guard versus the Orks after Kastrel Novem, as a waaaaaagh is about to crash into Deliverence (and I play both armies)

The Killeneth Rebellion: Salamanders vs Traitor Guard (would be nice to get a model for Tu'shan)

The Battle for Targus VIII: Raven Guard vs Orks (the lore could be very interesting, coming from the small excerpt in the codex)

Battle for Rynn's World: Crimson Fists vs Orks (Cortez model, or maybe a Techmarine/ Apothecary character)

Octarian War: Orks vs Tyranids

The World Engine: Astral Knights vs Necrons

Shadowblight Raids: Blood Angels vs Dark Eldar

Fall of Karak Prime: Vostroyan Firstborn vs Tyranids (really, any battle including the Vostroyan Firstborn)

Damocles Crusade: IG vs Tau


My personal preferences would be the following campaigns:

Fall of Karak Prime, Battle for the Fang, Sanctuary 101, The Killeneth Rebellion, and the Battle for Rynn's World.

Well some I'd like to see:

Octarius War: (I wouldn't mind seeing a Morkanaut formation based around the "Badmek" idea in the ork codex).

The Promethean War: Salamanders and Sisters against the Black Legion, also Celestine vs a Black Legion Daemon Prince. (Would be nice to see the Sisters fight against chaos covered more and Salamanders formations).

Medusa V: It would have something to offer to every faction.

Waaagh! Grog: For the warboss who out-smarted farsight and the tau empire. Ork vs Tau conflicts are interesting due to their differing views of war.

A Webway Campaign: Would provide new battle missions opportunities and unique conditions.

Curses War: Tallarn, Eldar, Iron Warriors and Daemons. An interesting combination for a conflict. Could also be divided into several parts due to the course of the invasion.

Waaagh! Gazbag: A pyromaniac Ork warboss attacks eldar paradise worlds and Biel-Tan responds accordingly.

War of Brass: Adeptus Mechanicus formations.

Aggripina: Imperial forces vs Typhus's Deathguard and a wide array of other Chaos threats. Would be interesting given the entire sector is over-run and infested with Cultists, Zombies, Daemons and Chaos Space Marine warbands.

I'd like to see the War of dark revelations,

Ke'lshan's scuffle with Hive Fleet Gorgon.

But really the next thing I want them to do, after End Times and the main codex's are finished, is to update Apocalypse. I know that it was just done last year but a lot of it is already out of date, and it would be great to do apoc in a similar manner advancing the fluff and updating a popular game type.

This would be a particularly good one to have next, as it could tie the Necron release to bringing full support back to sisters next.
